Arrow Competition Exhaust 

Straight from Arrow Special Parts R&D department, the Competition line is designed for highly tuned bikes that will see their share of track time. These serious pipes trade a bit of low-end and midrange pull for more peak power and a wider spread of usable top-end steam and overrev. This line of full exhaust systems is built with Arrow’s best materials and production techniques, ensuring the highest performance and lightest weight possible. Available with titanium or 0.8mm-thick stainlesssteel headers, they all have middle sections made of titanium for maximum weight savings. Each of these systems is equipped with lambda sensor plugs to assist with jetting or fuel-injection mapping. The exhaust silencer has a titanium sleeve with conical core that provides the best performance, while the noise levels are kept to comply with many race club rulebooks.

Moto GP Exhaust systems are now available for Honda ’04-’05 CBR 1000 and ’03-’06 CBR 600s! Arrow’s long-standing relationship with the most prestigious MotoGP and World SuperBike factory teams is the key starting point for development of the MotoGP line of slip-on and complete exhaust systems. These titanium exhaust kits are hand assembled, using T.I.G. welding under vacuum technique in order to assure top quality and durability. Arrow MotoGP exhaust systems offer racing derived power for riders pushing the limits on the street.

• Headers:

• they must direct the flow in a fast, smooth manner. Collectors with the right dimensions and properly linked head pipes will result in
• a smooth, seamless power curve. Arrow uses only the finest heat-resistant materials in the lightest possible weight to provide reliable
• performance.
• Midpipes:
• Connecting the headers and mufflers, Arrow’s strong, lightweight, stainless-steel midpipes are held in place with high-quality
• springs protected by heat and vibration-resistant sheaths. Where applicable, these midpipes are designed to work with stock
• headers or Arrow headers, giving buyers more purchasing options for this build-it-yourself system.
• Mufflers:
• Wrapped in full titanium, carbon fiber or aluminum sheaths, Race-Tech mufflers are small in size without compromising volume
• and noise suppression. The Race-Tech’s innovative profile is considerably smaller than the competitors’ silencers, thus allowing
• serious weight reductions. The silencers are computer-welded using T.I.G. and M.I.G. procedures and are checked carefully for the
• optimization of exhaust gas flow. The Race-Tech’s end-cap shape has been optimized to extend the output of exhaust.
