to present the Lifesaver TCB™ – Traction Control Braking system
kits, which are cost-efficient and easy to install by replacing the
banjo bolt with Lifesaver TCB unit in your brake caliper. This product offers consumers the best value in
terms of product quality, price, ease of use and
safety.
LIFESAVER TCB™ THE
WORLD’S FIRST COST EFFECTIVE ‘BOLT ON’ TRACTION CONTROL BRAKING
SYSTEM THAT HELPS PUT MORE CONTROL IN UNCONTROLLABLE
SITUATIONS
LIFESAVER TCB™ revolutionizes your existing braking system by
allowing your ATV, Motorcycle, Scooter's front and
rear wheels or Snowmobile’s track to slip similar to ABS but in
a much different fashion. Traction Control Braking (TCB) allows
wheel-slip using the laws of nature, not sensors allowing added
rotation while braking.
The LIFESAVER TCB™ device comes in four different applications which allows the rider to choose the best application depending on the type of vehicle, riding style or experience.
STEP I CHOOSE THE RIGHT DUROMETER FOR HOW AND WHAT YOU DRIVE Click on the LIFESAVERS below with the correct number you want inserted in you personalized LIFESAVER TCB unit and it will explain suggested uses. Remember the lower the number the softer the diaphragm just as the higher the number the stiffer it becomes. There is no definite range for any specific vehicle or driving condition. Only the Driver and their braking applications can justify the right application.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT APPLICATION STYLE After reviewing the Lifesaver TCB info page you should understand the different configurations and the basics of how to select the correct application for your vehicle. My race only R6 uses orange in the front, red in the rear
Most common configurations for different types of vehicles are as follows; a) Light Motorcycles: GREEN or RED in the rear caliper; RED or ORANGE in the front caliper. b) Heavy Motorcycles (cruisers): RED or ORANGE in the rear; ORANGE or BLUE in the front. c) Light ATV's: GREEN or RED in the rear; RED or ORANGE in the front. d) Heavier ATV's: RED or ORANGE in the rear; ORANGE or BLUE in the front. TECHNICAL INFORMATION: The Lifesaver TCB device comes with four different Durometer ratings to allow different amounts of wheel slip. The higher the rating number the less slip will be involved unless the weight of the vehicle increases. ONLY the Driver knows how he/she wants their LIFESAVER TCB device to react.
The different color codes are only our code to get you the right part. All four ratings are pressure tested to accommondate any level of fluid pressures for any vehicle inside the brake system. We have designed our units to assist you to custom tailor your brakes based on current Road and Track Conditions as well as your abilities and experience. |
