New from Öhlins is the FG 670 Superbike front fork, which is an improved version with pressurized damping system. FG 670 is based on 5 years experience from factory road racing. The immediate damping response constantly controls the braking movements i.e. more controlled diving behavior under braking, rebound damping as soon as brakes are released. Designed to be used with all the bikes stock parts. Not only do we offer to install any fork spring you would like, but we have both the springs and more importantly the forks in stock. No waiting for "gray market" importer to order and maybe get they on a quoted time frame.

Front Fork R&T 43

The new fork is based on technology straight from the Öhlins championship winning superbike fork. It features the same up-side-down (USD) design. The inner steel legs have a 43 mm diameter and a polished titanium nitride surface for lowest possible friction.

In response to restricted quantities and wait-listed offerings from manufacturers in Europe, GP Suspension designed proprietary supersport cartridges to exceed competitor’s performance characteristics and provide a superior American built product at a very competitive price point with unlimited production runs and immediate availability.

These cartridges have been rigorously tested and developed by AMA teams and privateer riders, and are now in widespread use in AMA competition with teams and privateers. The tests gave an average reduction in lap times of two seconds per lap and at the top level, that is a winning advantage!

Purchase price of $1499.00 includes 1 pair of fork springs. In most cases, forks must be sent in so that we can complete the work and meet our own exacting installation standards. The purchase price includes installation of cartidges, full service, new oil and new fork seals.

Ohlins Cartridge Kits

This is the finest complete fork internal kit made. These are complete fork internal replacements. Includes the inner Cartridge, valves, shim stack, fork cap and spring, all preassembled. You will need one bottle of Ohlins fork oil also. The kit uses Ohlins 25MM valve, this is a vast improvement over any 20MM valve made. We will also include either your choice of springs or we will pick out the correct spring for you. We can also install these kits. It runs $150 to install the Cartridge kit, if you ship us the forks. We are now installing our own special shim stack in the 25MM cart kit, making it even better.
