Motorcycle

As part of Red Line’s all-new Powersports line, these High Peformance Motorcycle Oils are fully-synthetic formulas specifically created for the high demands of the latest high-revving four-strokes motocross bikes and ATVs, Sportbikes, and V-Twins. Available in popular viscosities of 10W40, 20W50, and 20W60, these ester-based products contain the anti-wear chemistry demanded by mechanics and enthusiasts.
The levels of zinc and phosphorus blended into these lubricants are among the highest in the industry and combine well with Red Line’s chemistry, designed to seal piston rings for more power, fight fuel dilution, extend drain interval and provide stronger film strength over a range of temperature. This oil also features lower levels of friction modifiers for superior wet clutch operation. Excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, cleanliness, and ability to lubricate hot metal make Red Line High Performance Motor Oil a superior lubricant. Recommended for JASO MB, API SJ, SG, & SH.

Race

Red Line’s Racing Oils have a global reputation as the ultimate racing lubricant--many teams who have found that the improved performance and equipment durability is the key to winning. Our oils are made with the most thermally stable synthetic base stocks available and provide the best high-temperature lubrication and a higher film strength than any petroleum or synthetic on the market today. Although Red Line racing oils are categorized as “straight grades”, their low-temperature properties make them exceptional multigrades, allowing 2-4% more power than an oil of similar viscosity, while providing much more protection. Each reduction in viscosity grade allows 1-2% more power. To reduce the chance of detonation, our race oils contain very few detergents and are not recommended for street use.

Synthetic

Red Line’s synthetic motor oils are designed to provide the highest protection, cleanliness and superior drain intervals with the lowest friction for your gasoline, diesel, motorcycle or marine engine. We use the most stable components available and formulate our products for wear protection and friction reduction across a wide range of engine operating conditions. Red Line's products are unique because they contain polyol ester base stocks, the only lubricants which can withstand the tremendous heat of modern jet engines. These synthetics have a natural multigrade property which allows our chemists to avoid bulking up an oil with unnecessary additive packages.

Two-Stroke Racing

Red Line Oil’s popular two-stroke lubricants contain base oils which have the highest film strength and greatest affinity for hot metal. Because Red Line is a superior high temperature lubricant, it can be used at lower fuel to oil ratios, increasing power and providing excellent scuff protection and cleanliness. Where many two stroke oils are recommended to run at 32:1, many Red Line customers often mix their fuel at a leaner, 40:1. Red Line provides the lubricating qualities of castor oil, but provide exceptional cleanliness, with low carbon residue that dramatically reduces plug fouling and smoke. Red Line provides special protection for reformulated fuels. Dyno proven to make more power over longer periods of operating time.

Assembly Lube

Designed to be used a lubricant to apply to potential wear surfaces before assembly in order to prevent metal contact upon startup before adequate lubrication is supplied. Provides three times greater film strength than conventional black Molybdenum Disulfide greases and will not clog oil filters. This product clings to all surfaces and is an excellent rust inhibitor, allowing the storage of parts for years. A thin film of protection is all that is required on mating parts. Red Line Assembly Lube will mix with our motor oil and can be used on all lubricated parts such as cams, followers, pistons, and bearings, and bolt threads. Use only a small amount on bearing and piston surfaces - too much can make it difficult to turn over the engine. Red Line Assembly Lube is an excellent corrosion inhibitor and can be used on machined surfaces to provide long-term corrosion protection. Do not use on exhaust bolts or other high temperature bolts which require an anti-seize.

CV-2 Grease

Red Line CV-2 Grease is designed to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures which occur in high-performance wheel bearings and CV-joints. The excellent high-temperature stability, extreme- pressure protection, and water resistance enables it to out-perform even the best conventional or synthetic greases. Red Line CV-2 Grease can be used in a wide range of applications at temperatures ranging between -100°F to 500°F and provides good oxidation and corrosion resistance, low evaporation and oil separation, and has a minimum effect on rubber seals. Possesses a very high melting point, excellent water washout resistance and superior antiwear which makes it excellent for high temperatures and extreme loads. CV-2 contains an organic moly and is for wheel bearings, high angle and conventional CV joints, chassis lubrication and high temperature, high speed industrial equipment. The exceptional extreme- pressure performance and the fluidity of the synthetic oil allows increases in bearing life of 200% to 800%. Red Line CV-2 Grease will retain its consistency and extreme-pressure performance under high- temperature and high-shear conditions for extended periods, which extends the performance ranges of the lubricated components. Red Line CV-2 will darken after high-temperature use; this darkening will not detrimentally effect the performance of the grease. Although Red Line CV-2 is compatible with small amounts of many petroleum-based greases, it is always good lubrication practice to thoroughly clean out the old grease to eliminate abrasive particles and to minimize the possibility of grease incompatibility.

Water Wetter

WaterWetter® is a unique wetting agent for cooling systems which reduces coolant temperatures by as much as 30ºF. This liquid product can be used to provide rust and corrosion protection in plain water for racing engines, which provides much better heat transfer properties than glycol-based antifreeze. Or it can be added to new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol systems. Designed for modern aluminum, cast iron, copper, brass and bronze systems. Compatible with all antifreezes, including the latest long-life variations.

Shockproof Gear Oil

A unique lubricant containing a suspension of solid microscopic particles as an extreme pressure agent--unique solid dispersion which cushions gear teeth to help prevent tooth breakage and allows the use of lower viscosities. The viscosity characteristics allow the lubricant to resist throwoff and provide a film thickness greater than an SAE 250 grade, with the same low fluid friction as with our 80W140. Recommended for heavily-loaded racing differentials and transmissions, Off Road racing and problem gearboxes. Offers a "best of both worlds" balance of relatively low drag and the utmost in protection.

Suspension Fluid

These products will provide very good shear stability which means that they should not degrade with use. They change very little with temperature and will provide lower operating temperatures for the same viscosity when compared to conventional suspension fluids. They are also very low foaming and provide good seal lubricity and antiwear properties. They can be blended together in any proportion to achieve an intermediate viscosity. Complete Fuel System Cleaner

Based on the popular and proven SI-1 Complete Fuel System Cleaner, this 4oz bottle is scaled for use in the motorcycle application. Simply pour one bottle into a street bike, dirt bike, ATV, or PWC for quick clean-up and let its concentrated detergents clean your carburetor(s) or fuel injectors, fuel lines, tank, and related components. This product goes beyond conventional detergents, providing a chemical package not found in pump gas, race fuel, or traditional additive products.
Complete Fuel System Cleaner for Motorcycles is compatible with both pump gas and race fuel, also performing in pre-mixed or injected two-stroke applications. It contains intense, high-temp detergents for cleaning deposits on intake valve and combustion chambers to reduce octane demand and regain lost power and improve fuel economy, This product also lubricates the upper cylinder, helps prevent detonation, cleans emission control systems (safe for the latest catalytic converters and sensors), helps eliminate hesitation and stalling, and works to prevent fouled plugs.
The recommended dosage is 1 bottle per tank for quick cleanup. This concentrated product can also be used regularly in small doses as preventative maintenance.
