R-55 Titanium Race Systems
All new for 2006 is the R55 Series specifically made for the all new GSX-R600 and YZF-R6. This exhaust not only offers superior performance from its new shape and baffling system, but it also offers a MotoGP style look and a very desirable exhaust note. Full titanium construction is lbs lighter than stock systems and each system features a trick titanium endcap with a large exhaust exit to make this exhaust stand out from the rest.
Don't be fooled by other imitation MotoGp looking exhausts that are underdeveloped and don't even feature a baffling system yet you pay the premium for. The R55 is developed to do one thing, win races! |

R22 "Bling" Stainless Steel Systems

RS-3 Oval Exhaust Systems
The standard to which all other race exhausts are measured. Race track proven by Yoshimura Suzuki AMA Superbike Race Team. The people who hand pack four time AMA champion Mat Mladin's RS-3 muffler pay the same meticulous attention to detail when making your exhaust system. RS-3 is available in race or zyclone baffle. Zyclone baffle offers good performance gain with a lower sound level than a race baffle. |

RS-5 Systems
The RS-5 undertail exhaust systems are available for the CBR600RR, CBR1000RR, and 2005 ZX6r/RR. Specifically designed for the compact area under the rear seat. The wide trapezoidal design releases and exhaust note like none other and the performance gains that is Yoshimura. The RS-5 Slip-On system is a simple muffler change with a stainless steel midpipe that easily slides into the collector of your stock muffler.

Yoshimura's TRS single outlet Tri-Oval is derived from Tri-Oval technology, TRS offers the benefits of the Tri-Oval shape and sound quality of our RS-3 system. The TRS system is the same race system that took Aaron Yates to the 2002 AMA 600 Supersport title. |

Tri-Oval Exhaust Systems
The Tri-Oval system is a dual titanium tip racing exhaust. It features tapered quick-release headers using the latest in exhaust design technology. Mated to the collector is an exotic muffler shape that offers maximum ground clearance and great sound.
The Tri-Oval system is available in stainless steel and titanium full system with titanium sleeve or optional carbon fiber sleeve. Tri-Oval is available in race only configuration. |

TRC Exhaust Systems
Introduced just one year ago, the TRC series has impacted the industry tremendously. The TRC features a state-of-the-art design utilizing a cone style endcap on all three sleeve options and has proved to be a performance leading exhaust. Used on Mat Mladin's championship winning Superbike, this exhaust will offer race proven performance with style. Each TRC system features 16" length sleeves available in three options (carbon, stainless, titanium) and a laser etched heel guard has been integrated onto the lower portion of the canister. Full Exhaust System: Taper header tube, large primary header, 4 into 2 into 1 style, and duplex crossover are features you will find on our Yoshimura Full system. They increase low and mid range torque while allowing maximum gain in high end horsepower.
Bolt-on: Easy muffler replacement is a simple option for added horsepower. A bolt-on system bolts directly to the muffler flange of the stock exhaust system tail pipe by a CNC machines aluminum adaptor.
Slip-on: Replacement gives modest power gains and significantly reduce exhaust system weight. The slip-ons will give your motorcycle the look of a complete system. The Yoshimura muffler is attached to a computerized mandrel bent 304L polished stainless steel mid pip to assure a perfect fit to the collector of the stock header.
Half System: Many newer motorcycle have OEM actuated valve or extra baffles in the tail section. Half system replaces them with straight through tail pipe for maximum horsepower gain. |
