| Follow these three rules and your return process will be as painless as possible. Rule #1: You've got 10 days to figure out whether or not you want to return something. Rule #2: You absolutely have to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before you send anything back. Rule #3: Don't wear an item out riding and then decide to send it back to us. Our returns guy will know. Keep the damn tags on everything until you're sure that it fits and you want to keep it. All returns have to be in a "new" condition - in other words, no bug splatters, all tags still attached, original packaging intact, etc. you get the idea - keep it just like it was when you opened it, and there won't be any problems.
